Since its establishment in 1998, LBN has been specializing in engineering, manufacturing and supplying disc brake systems for cars, motorcycles, scooters and bicycles. We are capable of providing complete solution for vehicle braking system tailored to customers’ vehicles. Our brake calipers are exported to European and American markets.
LBN has been striving for constant growth and improvement by investing a total of 118.5 million RMB since 2010, we built a manufacturing plant covering an area of 26,640 square meters, and equipped with complete range of production, assembly and test equipment. At present, our annual output reaches 2.8 million sets of brake systems. For further improving the quality of our brake parts, LBN has imported high quality CNC machine tools from Germany, Japan, South Korea, as well as invested several production lines. In addition, we also outfitted with advanced testing devices to ensure the quality of brake system, such as coordinate measuring machine (CMM), comprehensive test bench, X-ray inspector, parking torsion fatigue and high & low temperature test device, pressure leaking test device, etc.
Due to our strict quality control system, LBN is certified in accordance with CQC, ISO/IATF16949:2002, ISO/TS14001:2004 certifications. Currently LBN has established long-term strategic cooperative partnership with major auto OEM companies in domestic markets, and has approved by customers in the European and American markets.

In 1995, Ruian City Dahua Electronics Components Co., Ltd. was established, mainly manufacturing automotive switches, electric switches and tensioners.

In December 1997, Wenzhou Libang Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established, developing and manufacturing motorcycle hydraulic disc brakes for domestic motorcycle OEM markets.

In May 2002, auto parts department was established to produce vehicle hydraulic disc brakes for domestic OEM markets.

In January 2005, international trade department was established to supply vehicle brake calipers and motorcycle disc brakes to the European, American and other foreign markets.

In June 2006, a subsidiary company – Zhejiang Libang Hexin Automotive Brake System Co., Ltd. was established, mainly developing, manufacturing and supplying vehicle hydraulic disc brakes for domestic auto brands.

In July 2011, our R&D department successfully launched bicycle hydraulic disc brake, it enables us one of the few domestic manufacturers that can accomplish mass production of disc brakes for mountain bikes.

In August 2012, we successfully developed electric park brake (EPB).

In January 2013, we successfully developed high performance cast integrated brake caliper for vehicles and motorcycles, greatly improving the braking performance of the brake caliper.

In November 2014, a new plant of Wenzhou Libang Enterprises Co., Ltd. was built, significantly enhancing our production capacity of bicycle hydraulic brakes and motorcycle disc brakes while expanding the automotive aftermarket.

In October 2015, LBN has built a R&D center in Shanghai, aiming at developing innovative products and attracting talents for the future growing.

In December 2015, LBN achieved a turnover of 1 billion RMB.

In March 2016, LBN successfully developed connecting rod brake for motorcycles, which obtained a good reputation from our customers, and we were the first domestic manufacturer for mass production of motorcycle connecting rod brakes.
